That's where I first learned to make lefse, the traditional Norwegian flatbread that connects me to my heritage. It was there I learned that quality isn't just an ingredient—it's an act of love, patience, and a deep respect for tradition.
That passion for craft eventually led me to the world of specialty coffee. I honed my skills as a barista in two of America's most dedicated coffee cities: Portland, Oregon, and Boulder, Colorado. In those communities, I learned the art and science behind the perfect cup, from sourcing the best beans to the precision of the pour.
